1 Week Buddy Pass
Valid May. 24th - 28th
This is a sneak peak inside of a week of the 3TM Elite online training classes.
-Class is at 8am ET (we start promptly so prepare to log in 2 mins before class time begins; no entry after 8:02am ET to avoid missing the full warmup & injury prevention)
-30 Min Full body workout, modifications provided for all fitness levels
-Have water, mat & dumbbells (bands if you have them)
-If you don’t have equipment you can substitute the weighted exercises for body weight exercises of your choice (ex: Jumping Jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, high knees, mountain climbers, squats, lunges)
